Sometimes 'stuff' happens that you know you can deal with, but you simply need time, a safe space and other like-minded people to process.

Can you take six hours to look at some of the 'stuff' that has been going on in your life? Maybe stuff that is holding you back somehow from living life as the vibrant person you know you are?

Six hours to gift to your self the space, time and opportunity needed to open up, access, feel and process?

This workshop will be held in a small group setting and within a loving, non-judgemental, and safe space.
Throughout the day we will explore using various art therapy techniques, art mediums, intuitive processes and symbols.

After lunch, we will bring out a very special spiritual guidance tool, which holds the opportunity to lift things to a whole new level.

No experience with art or art mediums is neccessary! Just a willingness to be open and vulnerable.

Anyone who is ready to explore courageusly, who is open in heart and mind to delve deep, and who is willing to self-reflect.
This work opens you to a greater, more expansive vision of what is possible when you start living from your feelings and heart space.

Due to the nature of the workshop, places are strictly limited.

This workshop is only for a small group of participants and will be held in Darlington.
