You're in!

Your heART Map Journey has started.

Thank you for joining heART Maps for Meaning Makers.

You’ve just made space for your inner world to speak in colour, image and metaphor. I’m really glad you’re here.

What happens next

1. Check your email
You’ll receive a confirmation email shortly with your login details and a direct link to the course.
- If you already have an account on my site, use the same email and password.
- If this is your first time here, look for the email inviting you to create a password.

2. Log in to heART Maps
Once you’re in your library, you’ll see heART Maps for Meaning Makers on your dashboard. Click through and open the Welcome module to begin.

3. Gather your materials

For the first lessons, you’ll want:
- A journal, sketchbook, or a few sheets of paper
- Pens, watercolours, or paints (whatever you enjoy using)
- A quiet pocket of time where you won’t be interrupted

Even 30–45 minutes is enough to begin.

A simple way to start

When you first log in, I recommend:
- Watch the Welcome lesson all the way through.
- Notice what part of the journey your body feels most curious about.
- Choose a time in the next few days to sit down with your materials and start Module 1.

You don’t need to rush or “keep up” with anything. This course is self‑paced, and you’re allowed to move slowly.

Looking ahead

From time to time, I offer a separate 4‑week heART Maps Integration Lab just for alumni, where we meet live to integrate the maps you create into day‑to‑day life.

You’ll hear more about that after you’ve had a chance to move through the course, so for now there’s nothing else you need to do.

If you need help

If you don’t see your confirmation email within 10–15 minutes, please:
- Check your Spam or Junk folders
- Then, if it’s still missing, contact support at [email protected] with the subject “heART Maps access” and someone will get back to you asap.
