How heART Maps for Meaning Makers works
heART Maps for Meaning Makers is a self-paced journey into your emotional landscape, intuition and creative practice.
When you join, you get immediate, unlimited access for the life of the course to all modules so you can move at the rhythm of your own nervous system. You can revisit the material in different seasons of your life and let your map evolve with you.
Step 1: Create your heART Map
Using this program you will:

Step 2: Integrate your map into daily life
After you’ve created your heART Map, you’ll have the option to join an small group 4-week heART Maps Integration Lab where we focus on living your map: applying what you discovered to real-life choices, challenges, rhythms and creative practices.
The Integration Lab is optional and only available to heART Maps students, but simply knowing it exists often gives people permission to go at their own pace through the course, knowing there’s a deeper layer of support available when they need it.

If, after going through the course, you’d like more support to live your map, you’ll be invited into an optional 4-week heART Maps Integration Lab just for alumni.
The Integration Lab is a live container with 4 weekly calls and prompts, focused on applying what your map is showing you in this season of your life.
