Creative Tools for the heart under pressure
Every workplace carries pressure differently. I design creative wellbeing sessions that meet people where they are - practical, human, and restorative, whether that's a two-day site engagement or a single team workshop.

Why Creative Expression in the Workplace MattersÂ
We tend to think of creativity as separate from "real work", something for after hours, or for people who consider themselves artistic. But creative expression isn't a luxury. It's one of the few remaining ways we process what we're experiencing, rather than just managing it. In workplaces built on output, deadlines, and constant problem-solving, there's rarely room for the kind of thinking that doesn't need to arrive anywhere; and that's precisely the thinking that restores us.
Permission to Make Things
When people are given permission to make something with their hands (without judgement, without a right answer) something shifts. The nervous system settles. Thoughts that have been circling find a way out. People often arrive at insight not because they've been told to reflect, but because the act of creating does it for them. This is why creative practice works where traditional wellbeing initiatives sometimes fall flat. Creativity doesn't ask people to talk about how they feel before they're ready.Â
For teams under pressure, this matters even more. High-performing environments often reward people for staying composed, capable, and switched on but that same discipline leaves little room for the human moments of noticing, reflecting, or simply being. Creative sessions offer a way back into that; not as an indulgence, but as maintenance. The same way a body needs rest to keep performing, a mind needs unstructured space to keep making good decisions.
The effects extend beyond the individual. Teams who create together connect differently afterward. Something about working with your hands alongside colleagues, without hierarchy or agenda, softens the usual dynamics. People see themselves and each other  more clearly. That shift ripples into how a team works together long after the session ends.

Hi, |'m Vivian
Most people would describe me as a Transpersonal Art Therapist, Intuitive Coach, Creative Soul, mum, and CEO of my small business. But in reality, I am so much more than that.
And so are you.
Society may see us as the roles we take on, but that doesn't mean we have to stay there. It is time for me to be ME and for you to be YOU and bring all our beautiful gifts forward.
It is time to connect within.
What People are Saying:
"Thank you SO much for the workshop Vivian and for holding us in such a creative and warm way.Â
I felt so nourished and filled up by the experience and inspired to keep working in my journal."

"Having worked with Vivian several times I can comfortably say she is pure inspiration! Not only is she a fabulous artist and therapist, her ability to assist me to grasp and apply practical and every day tools has helped me with my own creative expression, knowing who I really am, and how I can assist others. This has been invaluable!"
Â
Michelle
"I feel I can move forward with the journal, using some special pictures and words people have made for me in the past. It was very helpful to see a different way to do the writing. I felt it became integrated as part of the art. Thank you, and very big hugs, for helping me get that creative flow going again!"
